Villa Sol

Villa Sol is a very pretty, classic Mallorcan villa with fantastic views of the turquoise bay of Portals Vells in the southwest of the island. The newly renovated villa offers space for 5 - 6 people. Clear and light-flooded rooms convey a pure vacation feeling. Indulge in peace and relaxation and let your gaze wander over the turquoise bay and the blue sea with a glass of wine. A small bay is just a 5-minute walk away!

Whether you enjoy the air-conditioned interior or the spacious pool area with large BBQ is up to you.

3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In the master suite you will find a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, which offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the wooded hills. 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which is on the entrance level, and 1 bedroom is located in the basement on the living level.

The house was built on a slope and there is a glass elevator at street level to take people and luggage up to the entrance. If you prefer, you can of course also reach the house via the stairs.

The 5x10 m infinity pool offers plenty of swimming fun for young and old while enjoying the view of the bay and the open sea.

Barbecue fans will be delighted by the large Weber gas barbecue.
