Villa Julia

Welcome to our enchanting Villa Julia with a pool and breathtaking sea views extending to the neighboring island of Formentera. Our villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (additional accommodation for up to 4 more guests can be requested) and spans three floors.

The lower level of the house features a self-contained apartment with one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a work area, a TV, a refrigerator, a private terrace, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You can reach the main floor via the elevator or stairs, where a spacious and elegantly furnished living room with a smart TV, dining table, and cozy sofa area awaits you. The upper floor houses the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and 3 additional double bedrooms.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an American-style refrigerator and a fully automatic coffee machine. On the terrace, there is a dining table for 8 people, an illuminated pool with lounging areas, a chill-out corner, and a small fitness area with yoga mats. Next to the dining table, there is a gas grill, perfect for cozy barbecues and outdoor meals. Enjoy delicious grilled dishes and relax in the splendid atmosphere of our terrace. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and a toilet.

The entire house is air-conditioned in all rooms and also features underfloor heating.

The picturesque Talamanca beach is just 1.8 km from the villa. There you can fully enjoy the sun, sand, and sea, ending the day with a "sundowner" at one of the inviting beach bars or dive into the nearby legendary Ibiza nightlife.
