Villa Casa Blanca is ideal for families who want to enjoy Cape Town's cosmopolitan lifestyle!

A spacious living room with a large terrace and a wide view of Camps Bay beach invite you to enjoy the ocean view to the fullest. The fully equipped kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook with table and chairs, overlooks the garden. In the living area there is a dining table with seating for eight and large comfortable sofas, the outdoor terrace also has a dining table with seating for eight, sun loungers as well as a hanging chair.

The villa has four bedrooms, located on the lower level of the house. They are like comfortably furnished oases that invite you to relax. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and opens to a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Of the remaining three bedrooms, two are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. These three bedrooms share a single bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The house offers a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool with plenty of space for outdoor entertainment. Security is provided by an alarm system and an electric fence. There is off-street parking for one car, but also plenty of on-street parking still available.

Please note that the outdoor pool area has been recently renovated, but the main house is a bit older. The villa has large outdoor areas, which is a rarity in this area. It's best suited for guests who are mainly interested in a central base in Camps Bay from which to explore the Mother City. The accommodation price has already been reduced due to the age of the villa.

In a short time you can reach the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, the popular V&A Waterfront and the city center.
