Large iron gates open to access the private drive way leading to a large garage, the outside parking ground for three cars and the main villa entrance.

On two levels and a lavish living area of 500 m² the holiday retreat hosts a maximum of 10 guests. The impressive reception hall leads into the generous, comfortable lounge with open fire place, white piano, Sat TV and large window doors opening onto the very large pool terrace. Other rooms adjoining the reception hall are the modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, storage room, a guest toilet and the first of 5 modern bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathroom.

The upper level of the holiday villa hosts the master bedroom with double bed, Sat TV, dressing room, two en suite bathrooms and private terrace, as well as three more luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathroom.

The fabulous outdoor entertainment area is partly sun covered and equipped with high quality outdoor furniture including a barbecue and provides for breathtaking views across the beautiful landscape and the ocean. The large pool is lined with sun loungers and invites for relaxing and refreshing hours for the whole family, while the proximity to many scenic beaches and bays, as well as to Palma and its many attractions allows for a divers and memorable holiday.

The house keeper of Villa Bendinat lives in a separate apartment on the property and will be at your services as needed.

Daily breakfast buffet is included into the rental rate.
