All of the Luxury Hideaway villas and holiday apartments are modern, stylish properties that have been professionally interior designed and furnished. Our clients can expect the levels of comfort, cleanliness and the facilities of a high star-graded hotel or guest house. At your arrival, we will meet you at the property and show you all you need to know.

Our villas are all furnished with fully equipped, modern kitchens, Satellite TV, Stereo, Telephone (usually with internet access), high quality linen, towels and beach towels. Baby travel cots and high chairs can also be arranged on prior notice. 

Housekeeping Services: A housekeeping service, pool and garden service are always included in all our villa rentals. Cleaning service varies from twice weekly for apartments and small villas to a daily service on weekdays at our larger luxury villas. Additional service can be provided by prior arrangement.

Laundry Service: Towels and bed-linen are generally changed twice weekly at our luxury properties by our cleaning staff. Most Luxury Hideaway villas however, have both a washing machine and dryer for guests' use, but personal laundry can also be sent out to a professional laundry service and is usually returned the next day.

Private Catering: We can arrange for private cooking to be provided at our rental properties. The options include: a full-time private chef or a catered gourmet dinner or cocktail-party. Whichever you choose, our gourmet cooks will consult you on fresh, local produce, make menu and wine suggestions and shop accordingly. And after their visit your kitchen will certainly be spic and span. Prices vary according to the size of your party and/or the length of your stay.

Babysitting Services: We can organize reliable and experienced evening or daytime childcare at your Luxury Hideaway for children of all ages. A full-time live-in nanny or au-pair can also be arranged for the length of your stay at prior notice. Reasonable rates apply.

Beauty & Health: Whether you dream of a relaxing aroma-massage alongside your pool, need a professional treatment by an experienced physiotherapist – or prefer your haute coiffeur to visit you at your Luxury Hideaway, our local concierge knows best, who will exceed your expectations. We will be pleased to take care of your car hire requirements while you are in South Africa. We offer preferential rates through our long association with Europcar, a reliable, competitive, national car rental agency here.
On arrival your hire car can be collected directly in the airport parkade – and when you leave Cape Town, it is simply a case of dropping off your hire car in the airport parcade with a full tank of petrol; the procedure is extremely quick and simple.

We recommend making a reservation when you book your villa, as even the largest car rental agencies in the Cape Region, including ours, can get booked up fully during holiday seasons. On request we can also arrange for you to be picked up at the airport and be driven directly to your Luxury Hideaway villa, while your rental car will be delivered to your Luxury Hideaway property the next day or at any time convenient for you.
