Description
Finca Sa Fita is located near Palma on a plot of approx. 16,000 m2 with extensive lawns and old fruit and olive trees. The property offers absolute privacy! At the saltwater pool, approx. 5 x 10 metres, there are enough sunbeds and parasols as well as a hammock for the afternoon siesta. Several outdoor dining areas and a BBQ invite you to dine al fresco and enjoy the beautiful scenery. In the garden there is also a fish pond and some sculptures by the Spanish artist Miguel Sarasate, who has lived on Mallorca for several years. From the finca there is a view of the island capital Palma and the impressive Sierra de Tramuntana.
The house itself is about 1,000m2 in size, with numerous sitting and TV lounges and dining areas. There is high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi available to guests, as well as a surround sound system and many international cable TV channels. The modern kitchen was only installed in May 2022.
All 7 bedrooms have air conditioning.

Finca Sa Fita is located in the rural area of Marraxti. Palma centre, the airport and an outlet shopping centre are only a 10-minute drive away!
