General Information

CONDITIONS

• All prices include VAT and are in South African Rand The accommodation prices are per villa and night in a double room and do not include park, conservation, entry, gate and landing fees.
• Park and conservancy fees are subject to change Prepayment: Fees must be prepaid to &Beyond and cannot be paid upon arrival.
• Charge Directly: Fees are paid upon arrival at the gate and/or at the relevant lodge Long Stay Rates: May be applied to a combination of &Beyond Lodges in Africa (subject to seasonal availability of offering) for the same guests on a single itinerary become Nights spent at lodges without an applicable long-term rate will count toward the long-term stay rate at lodges, if applicable.
• These cannot be used in conjunction with any other &Beyond Offer, including Signature Offers Pilots and Local Driver-Guides: Price includes accommodation, meals, tea and coffee only.
• Cabin accommodation is on a twin basis; Single rooms are allocated based on availability Tour Guides, Private Tour Guides: Normal guest inclusions and exclusions apply maximum 1 guide at a discounted rate per 14 guests.
• Private Vehicles: Private 4x4 safari vehicles can be pre-booked, subject to availability.The prices are per vehicle and night, from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Please refer to our child policy for children traveling in a private vehicle as appropriate.
• Unmanned Aerial Vehicles: Please note that the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) is not permitted in any of the conservation areas we manage until their impact on wildlife and anti-poaching initiatives can be assessed.
• This rule will apply across Africa as our partners in different countries and regions take a similar stance.
