Flor de la Vida

This beautiful "Finca" Flor de la Vida is full of positive energy and, due to its location and furnishings, a wonderful hideaway for anyone seeking rest, relaxation, tranquillity and perhaps their inner centre.

The house is modern and furnished to a high standard, but at the same time enchants with traditional charm. The design and the many natural materials accompany you throughout the entire house.

On the ground floor there is an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 8 people and the living room with fireplace. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a small bedroom with a pull-out bed. This room has its own access to the garden and the breakfast terrace with herb garden. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet in the entrance area.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a large bed, 2.20 x 2.20 m, offering a fantastic view. Attached is a bathroom with shower and separate whirlpool bath. The bedrooms in the tower are shielded against electrosmog with mains isolators and can be supplied with WLAN if required.

The outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and relax. There is even a yoga and meditation place slightly elevated on the slope behind the house. Next to the terrace is the outdoor sauna and a covered barbecue area for lovely BBQ evenings in the balmy summer air. Below the terrace is another natural garden.

The finca is located in the hills between Son Macia and Felanitx, facing south. From the three south-facing bedrooms, the terrace and the infinity pool, you have a great view in the direction of Sant Salvador, over the island of Cabrera to where the Tramuntana mountains end in the southwest towards the sea.

The house can also be self-sufficient (e.g. in the event of a power failure) thanks to solar and photovoltaic systems and a water filter system. During the construction phase, the energetic experience was consciously implemented into a holistic concept through location, orientation and materials. The sauna can be booked on request.
