Finca Son Almendros

The beautiful stone finca "Son Almendros" is located in the province of Felanitx and the pretty little village of Cas Concos des Cavaller with its many small shops, charming local bars and cozy restaurants where you can get acquainted with the authentic Spanish lifestyle.

The finca is on an approx. 17,000 square meters of idyllic property and was built over three levels. On the ground floor you will find a spacious open kitchen with dining area and fireplace. Large French doors give the impression that the kitchen flows seamlessly into the terrace, from which the soothing sounds of a waterfall can be heard in the background.

The natural stone cools the house during the summer days. On colder days, the underfloor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere. The finca is offered with 3 bedrooms, but has 4, that can also be used. One of the bedrooms is in the guest wing with a small library that is connected to the main house. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom as well as another bedroom en-suite. The terrace takes you to another guest wing with a double bedroom en-suite and a small kitchenette, ideal for a quiet morning coffee. A star-shaped window on the ceiling lets you see the evening sky from the bed. With an outdoor cooking area on the terrace, you can enjoy undisturbed dinners with friends or family overlooking the stunning property with its swimming pool, symmetrically designed pond and garden. The symmetrically laid out garden boasts a beautiful saltwater pool, a pond for watching goldfish and the magical Morgana "fairy garden" which invites you to take a stroll.

The beaches on the east coast of Mallorca are notoriously beautiful. Both sandy beaches and cliff bays are available to you. The nearest beach resorts consist of Porto Colom, Calla D'or and the hidden gem, a small cove called "Cala Sa Nau" with fine white sand and crystal clear water.

Every Saturday the town of Santanyi hosts a large farmers' market with a selection of local produce and handicrafts.

The nearest golf course is the 18 hole green of Val D'or which is a 20 minute drive via well maintained roads that wind through the exquisite mountainous areas of Mallorca. The airport is only 40 minutes away by car.
