Description
Finca La Vaca Azul is a self-sufficient luxury finca with pool and sea view in the north of Mallorca. The local architects have created a symbiosis with nature. The finca is located between Alcudia and Port d'Alcudia, nestled in a 15,000sqm picturesque plot with beautiful distant sea views.
La Vaca Azul was completed in 2021 and is a tribute to Mallorcan craftsmanship and local design. The finca sleeps 8 people, who can reside in 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are located in a separate wing that connects to the living and dining area, as well as the kitchen. From each room you enjoy sea views and have direct access to the outdoor area.
The large saltwater pool with distant sea views invites you to linger and relax - finely selected chill out lounges complete the enjoyment.
The finca is located at the foot of the Can s`Alou hiking trail, the starting point for spending a lot of time in the great outdoors. The Alcanada Golf Club is also not far away.

Finca La Vaca Azul is completely self-sufficient and powered entirely by solar energy. It is a signpost for the future.
For your electric rental car, there is of course a charging connection in the garage.
The water in the house can be used as drinking water.
You littler roofed "Chiringuito" will give you time to relax within pure mediterranean nature.
An open-air cinema, operated by beamer, has been created on the rear terrace.

The finca is mainly offered for long-term rentals in winter. In summer the house is partly used by the owner himself. Please enquire with us about the available booking periods.
