Finca Ibizenko Style

The Villa Only Summer is a beautiful finca in the heart of Mallorca with a view of the Tramontana Mountains! Surrounded by lush landscape and dreamy views of the Mallorcan outback, lies this beautiful property that enchants with its special style. The finca was completely renovated in 2020 and now impresses with its elegant simplicity and a slightly rustic, elegant character. Exotic handicrafts and elaborate woodwork give it a touch of North African style. Due to the large property with approx. 50,000 m2 and the typical Mediterranean garden with various fruit, truffle, wine and olive trees, the property offers the ideal backdrop for birthday eggs, events and romantic weddings.

For active guests, an in-house tennis court will be comming soon, a bocce court, football goals and a table tennis table offer plenty of variety. Sun worshipers enjoy the large pool with pretty Moroccan tiles and the typical Mallorcan parasols to relax. The pool is also suitable for smaller children as it has a flattening area.

The finca has air conditioning and 4 bedrooms en-suite. Another bedroom, also en-suite, can be booked on request. The finca is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi (DSL), CD and DVD players such as a Sonos system and a safe. In winter, underfloor heating and a fireplace provide cozy warmth.

The finca is located near the village of Llubi and the famous weekly market in Sineu is only approx. 6 km away. Here you will also find many small bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. The golf course "Golf de Pollenca" is approx. 25 km away. The island's capital Palma can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. Pets are allowed!
