The main house of the finca has a living space of around 200 square metres and can accommodate six people. They will be accommodated in three double bedrooms with large box-spring beds. The finca offers guests three beautiful modern bathrooms, two of which are suites. The 60 square metre modern kitchen, which has a long dining table for 12-14 people and a fireplace, is the centre of the house.

Whether you want to relax on the beautiful linen sofa or gaze into the distance on one of the daybeds is a difficult choice in the living room, which is roughly the same size. The high window front provides an unobstructed view of the pool and the terrace of the main house, from which steps lead to another garden area.

The two casitas are independent buildings that are separate from the main house. They each have a living space of approx. 50 square metres and 70 square metres respectively. Two adults can be accommodated in a double bedroom with a large, luxurious box-spring bed. The living room has a practical kitchenette and a lovely dining area. It has a cosy sofa bed (160x200cm) that can accommodate two children. There is a beautiful modern bathroom for the guests of each casita. Each casita has a separate outdoor area with a lounge area and a day bed (casita 2). This is ideal for relaxing in peace. Modern air conditioning (cooling and heating function) and smart TVs with free Netflix access are available in all bedrooms and living rooms in all 3 houses.

The property is located on the edge of the village of Ariany. You can reach two small supermarkets or the market square in three to five minutes on foot.

The Mediterranean garden with an incredible view of the Tramuntana mountains lets you forget everyday life and relax.
